Loreley Hand Chain

Loreley is the name of a nix (nymph of Germanic mythology) that attracts navigators of the Rhine to perdition by its songs, like the sirens of ancient Greek mythology.
She sits on the rock of the same name, sings beautifully. The sailors go in boats and hear it. They are as spellbound by this song so beautiful, so melodious, that they forget the currents of the Rhine and capsize.
